General Terms
At TechTierra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. All refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain products may have specific return conditions (see below)
Product-Specific Conditions
Electronics & Accessories
(Includes Cables, Earphones & Headphones, Speakers & Audio, Mouse & Computer Accessories, Stylus & Tablet Accessories, Power Supply & Chargers)
- Must show no signs of physical damage
- Original protective films and packaging must be intact
- All included accessories must be returned
Cameras & Recorders
- Limited to 14-day return window
- Must not exceed 100 shutter activations
- Original sensor protectors must be in place
Game Consoles & Players
- Must not show any signs of account linkage
- Factory reset must be performed
- Original game discs must be included if part of bundle
Refund Process
- Submit a return request through our contact form
- Wait for approval and return instructions (typically within 2 business days)
- Ship the item back using the provided return label
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Software, games, or media with opened packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products purchased during clearance sales
- Gift cards
Warranty Claims
For products still under manufacturer warranty, please contact us for warranty service options before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved through warranty service.
