Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Method
TechTierra currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days
- International Orders: 7-21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Destination country
There is currently no free shipping option available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply to certain products due to:

- Battery restrictions (for power supplies and audio equipment)

If we cannot ship an item to your location, you will be notified before completing your purchase.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

Damaged or Lost Packages
